Its Bin Cleaned was founded on the Gold Coast in March 2006 by Dean and
Charlie Odewahn.
It was when we had children (dirty nappies) and mixed them with our general household waste that we realised that our bins were nearing a state that was hazardous. We were almost bowled over by the foul smell and the creepy crawlies racing around. I would manage to throw the rubbish in and race for cleaner air.
We soon realised that we were not the only people who had countless nappies, food scraps and other general rubbish going through our bins and that we had limited time, water restrictions or the wrong gear to clean the bins so we basically could not tackle such a job.
Like many Australians our bins needed some serious cleaning.
After 9 months of research and development and a month long trip oversea's to experience the latest technologies, It's Bin Cleaned was cleaning their first bins.
As our cleaning equipment and business structures were developed we had expanded from one bin cleaning vehicle in our 1st year of operation to two bin cleaning vehicles in our 2nd year of operation to three bin cleaning vehicles in our 3rd year of operation.
With such sustained growth and continual development we had decided to give others the opportunity to run their own bin cleaning business through franchising. What this allows is for people who have a goal as we did and who are prepared to work for their future to use It's Bin Cleaned structures and systems and enjoy the times ahead.

Its Bin Cleaned was formed to offer a highly marketable, practical and very efficient environmentally friendly bin cleaning service that, recycles, filters and disinfects the water in its cleaning process. This process not only impresses our customers but also impresses our franchisee’s too.
It's Bin Cleaned is unique because it was developed to provide an environmentally friendly bin cleaning service that cleans all bin sizes from large dump bins to wheelie bins. The cleaning process is efficient whilst keeping initial start-up costs to a level that allows the operator to see the profits sooner.
